
Mr. Patrick Metcalf started his legal practice as a judicial clerk working for a judge. During his tenure as a judicial clerk. He also worked as a contract attorney for the Illinois Appellate Defenders office, appealing cases to the Illinois Court of Appeals. As a managing attorney, he oversees the firm’s overall operations.

Ms. Bo Cerny, Sr. Paralegal, has been with the firm for 12 years. She oversees our Thai practice. She focuses her practice to business and investor visas. She is a Senior Paralegal at Metcalf Law Group with over 20 years of experience in immigration law, proudly serving clients throughout the Chicagoland area.

Hamoda M. Mohamad is a law clerk with Metcalf & Associates. Mr. Mohamad earned his B.A. in Political Science from DePaul University and his J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. During law school, he participated in the International Human Rights Clinic, where he worked on asylum cases.

My name is Alexa Salgado, and I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services. For the past three and a half years, I’ve worked at Metcalf & Associates PC, where I manage case files, prepare correspondence and reports, and ensure all deadlines are met. I assist with immigration paperwork, including affidavits, petitions, and applications.

Alma Gonzalez is a dedicated immigration legal assistant fluent in English and Spanish who focuses on family-based immigration cases such as Green Cards, DACA, Citizenship and Naturalization processes. Before working at Metcalf and Associates, she was a client herself of the firm.
